During the 1st trimester, significant changes are taking place in your baby. Major organs, like the brain, heart and nervous system are forming. It is imperative to develop healthy eating habits, continuing moderate exercise and doing away with unhealthy life styles and vices.
At this period, you have already scheduled regular prenatal visits to follow closely the infant’s development. Commonly, expectant mothers rendezvous with their health provider between the 8th and 10th week. In most cases, your obstetrician will do a complete physical examination, go over your medical history, and even conduct an ultrasound during one of the first visits. The second trimester of pregnancy week:

The third trimester of pregnancy week:
The journey is almost done for in this period the infant is growing and developing fast and its lungs and respiratory system are getting matured. Your body, too, is making preparation for the delivery.
As for symptoms, exhaustion and tiredness will make a come back. You will also suffer the appearance of varicose veins, your hands and legs will swell, hemorrhoids are evident, bleeding of the rectum, bleeding of the nose, difficulty in sleeping and feeling of physical discomfort.
Birthing is just around the corner. As D-Day approaches, you will feel false labor pains which is called as Braxton Hicks Contractions. False labor pains are not intense and longer as the real thing.
Weeks 37 and 40 show that the baby is complete and ready to come out. Pregnancy symptoms week by week are things of the past.
